'GlobalMindset began with a heartfelt ambition: to serve traditional Neapolitan pizza in Rome. The Rossi family, who founded our pizzeria in 1985, ran it as a quaint and familial operation, built on recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, honed her pizza-making skills while exploring Italy and training with expert pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza originates. Once back in the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and selecting top-grade ingredients.
Starting as a cozy 12-seat eatery, we've evolved into a cherished local gem, yet our dedication to craftsmanship and authenticity has stood firm. We persist in using traditional wood-fire ovens, freshly preparing our dough each day, and procuring the most exquisite ingredients available.
Today, 'GlobalMindset's still a family-held and managed venture, with a second-generation Rossi steering our devoted crew. Although modern enhancements have been adopted, our core philosophy endures: producing scrumptious, legitimate pizzas that unite people.
